Gone are the days of managing reeds in notebooks and spreadsheets!
We’ve been smoothing out the reeDminder interface, and we’re excited to share some of the preliminary screen grabs.
App setup is mostly handled by a three-question Setup Wizard, but spending just a few minutes tweaking the setup will get everything tuned for your best results.
Starting from the home screen, nothing is ever more than a couple taps away. If you play multiple instruments or want to compare how your reeds perform with different mouthpieces, follow the intuitive prompts for one-time setup.
Do you have different break-in routines for different reeds? You can head over to the “Cycles” screen to fill in the details.
Finally, tell us about each type of reed you use, and you’re off!
When it’s time to play, simply select your reed and hit the Play button. We’ve built-in some smarts to figure out which reed is next in your rotation, so sit back and enjoy your play time.
Take notes about this session, rate the reed, or make a recording so that you can compare this reed against itself over time, or with different instruments or mouthpieces.
All the tools you need to get your best sound are at your fingertips. Best of all, you don’t have to be a professional musician to get stellar results.
